| Prior to starting my
fitness program at Finally Fit, I was spending approximately 2
hours a week in the gym doing circuit training. I am thrilled with
the results I have gotten at Finally Fit and the fact that it takes
less time and it is extremely manageable. In as little as 6 weeks
I could feel a significant difference in my strength and energy
level. Like many women over 40, I also have concerns about
health issues, such as osteoporosis.
Since this is an excellent weight
bearing exercise
program, I am confident that I am addressing my
need to improve bone density. Not only do I feel great,
but my tennis game has also benefited from this
strength training program
