  Janet and I highly recommend Finally Fit. This year both our kids are off to college, our job responsibilities are very time demanding and we both turned 50. With all that going on in our lives we found it difficult to dedicate 2-3 hours a week to an exercise program. We were dubious at first that we would realize a difference investing just 20 minutes a week. However we are now in our third month and see significant progress. We feel better, are more relaxed and see a difference in our appearance.

and endurance – In fact we are both water skiing and wakeboarding for the first time in years.

  Prior to starting my fitness program at Finally Fit, I was spending approximately 2 hours a week in the gym doing circuit training. I am thrilled with the results I have gotten at Finally Fit and the fact that it takes less time and it is extremely manageable. In as little as 6 weeks I could feel a significant difference in my strength and energy level. Like many women over 40, I also have concerns about health issues, such as osteoporosis.

Since this is an excellent weight bearing exercise
program, I am confident that I am addressing my
need to improve bone density. Not only do I feel great,
but my tennis game has also benefited from this
strength training program

Thirty minutes a week does it! We are more toned than we have been in years! Working with John allows us to adjust our workouts and target certain areas. We have seen those extra inches disappear!
