| While working my way through college at the University
of Louisville, I was a Nautilus instructor for 4 years at the Downtown
YMCA. After graduating, I pursued sales positions in the telecommunications
field and remained an avid exercise buff. My wife, Beth, and
I have two wonderful girls named Emily (8) and Anna (6). As
two busy working parents, my wife and I had to decide how to manage
our career, family life and desire for exercise. Hence, my wife would
get up everyday and workout at 5:30 am and I would go and workout
after work and sometimes not get home until 7:00 pm. It became clear
that there must be a better way to remain in good shape.
Doing research on exercise programs, I found
that there was an option that required 25 minutes per week and would
help me achieve my fitness goals. Furthermore,I knew
many people that were just like Beth and I that were too busy to
go to the gym 5 days a week and did not feel comfortable in the gym
environment.
After deciding on opening Finally Fit, I spent months in Dallas and
College Station, TX., studying the dynamics of slow cadence training
and the positive effects on the body. Now Greensboro has the opportunity to see for themselves the
advantages of the safest, most efficient way to strength train. Finally
Fit offers the ideal environment (no music, mirrors, or distractions)
for individuals or couples to achieve their fitness goals |
